Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

Catch up on today's top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. KB Home (KBH) downgraded to Sector Weight from Overweight at KeyBanc with analyst Kenneth Zener saying that while KB Home's 20.6% gross margin and 27% year-over-year order growth both exceed guidance and Street expectations, he thinks fiscal year 2021 momentum is limited near-term on community growth. 2. Waste Management (WM) downgraded to Underweight from Neutral at JPMorgan with analyst Stephanie Yee citing valuation. 3. American Express (AXP) downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at BofA with analyst Mihir Bhatia citing concerns about near-to-medium term billing volumes, particularly from airline and lodging spending. 4. Discovery (DISCA) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan with analyst Alexei Quadrani saying that while Discovery plans to clarify its direct-to-consumer strategy soon, she's "not convinced the stock would be able to rerate when management outlines plans for their services." 5. Yandex (YNDX) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA with analyst Cesar Tiron citing valuation. This list is just a portion of The Fly's full analyst coverage.
