Salesforce deal for Slack coming tomorrow at premium, CNBC reports

Salesforce (CRM) will announce its acquisition of Slack Technologies (WORK) tomorrow after the close and the deal price will be a premium to Slack's current share price, CNBC's David Faber reports, citing sources. The deal will be above $40 per Slack share, Faber said. Shares of Slack are up 8%, or $3.13, to $43.80 in premarket trading.
