Luminex jumps after Bloomberg says DiaSorin exploring takeover

Italian diagnostics company DiaSorin (DRRLF) is considering an acquisition of Luminex (LMNX), Bloomberg reports, citing people familiar with the matter. DiaSorin is working with advisers to study a potential deal and no final decision has been made, sources told Bloomberg. Shares of Luminex are up 8% to $32.51 following the report.
