Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

Catch up on today's top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. ADT Inc. (ADT) downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Barclays with analyst Manav Patnaik saying 2021 is a "heavy investment year" for the company, which came as a surprise and hasn't gained shareholder support. 2. Plug Power (PLUG) downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Barclays with analyst Moses Sutton seeing a "disconnect" between fundamentals and the stock's valuation. 3. Athenex (ATNX) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan, downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at SVB Leerink, downgraded to Hold from Buy at Truist and downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer. 4. Foot Locker (FL) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Williams Trading with analyst Sam Poser saying apparent market share loss to competitors and some of it largest vendors warrant a downgrade. 5. FibroGen (FGEN) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Jefferies with analyst Michael Yee sayin his base case now is an Adcom being held in the summer of 2021 with a regulatory decision by year end 2021, said Yee, who added that his odds of success attributed to the $2B-$3B peak sales view falls to 50% from 80%-90%.
