The Russell 2000 (RUT) is ending the week off its lows, but below last Friday's close. It was the underperformer relative to other indices. At the last price of 2240 resistance will be in the range of 2250-2300. Support is in the range of 2220-2140. The best performing sectors were Utilities, Consumer Discretionary, and Utilities. Energy, Basic Materials, and Health Care were the weakest.
