Lumentum (LITE) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan with analyst Samik Chatterjee saying Lumentum can participate in the "robust" growth in Ttlecom optical components, as well as long-term growth opportunities in Automotive LiDAR, but in the meantime, the company faces headwinds in the near term from moderating 5G infrastructure-led demand in China as well as in the near to medium term from moderating growth opportunities in the 3D sensing markets for smartphones. 3. BioLife Solutions (BLFS) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Benchmark with analyst Robert Wasserman noting that other bioprocessing stocks have sold off this spring and citing relative valuation for his downgrade. 4. Aurora Cannabis (ACB) downgraded to Sell from Hold at Canaccord with analyst Matt Bottomley saying Aurora's Q3 earnings came in significantly behind estimates as the company's adult-use sales in Canada continue to fall at an accelerated pace. 5. Signify NV (SFFYF) downgraded to Buy from Conviction Buy at Goldman Sachs with analyst Daniela Costa saying she sees limited near-term catalysts.
