Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

Take-Two (TTWO) downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at BMO Capital with analyst Gerrick Johnson less confident in his previously high on the Street earnings estimates after a after a series of video game release delays, which he calls a "disconcerting trend." 2. Synopsys (SNPS) downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at BofA with analyst Vivek Arya saying the company has a "defensive" business model but the shares are "too expensive" at current levels. 3. Snap-On (SNA) downgraded to Underperform from Neutral at BofA with analyst Elizabeth Suzuki saying while she sees several tailwinds in the next 12 months given her expectations for recovery in the professional auto service channel, Suzuki also sees risk that auto dealers will temporarily pull back on investments in high-end tools and equipment as they experience near-term pressure on new vehicle sales due to supply shortages. 4. Las Vegas Sands (LVS) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Jefferies with analyst David Katz saying the Macau government released a public paper proposing a series of legislative changes, including control over dividend payouts, shorter concession terms, and further restrictions on junkets and operators taking deposits. 5. Wynn Resorts (WYNN) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Argus with analyst John Staszak saying he is turning "less optimistic" as Macau lawmakers begin a 45-day consultation period on regulations overhaul regarding the number of casino licenses as part of the Chinese government's efforts to crackdown on illegal capital flows from Mainland China.
