Fly Intel: Top five analyst upgrades

Peoples Bancorp (PEBO) upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at Piper Sandler with analyst R. Scott Siefers increasing earnings estimates to include the recently closed Premier Financial Bancorp transaction and believes Peoples Bancorp's post-deal announcement underperformance has created an attractive entry point for investors. 4. Accenture (ACN) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at MoffettNathanson with analyst Lisa Ellis saying she believes in "the primacy of revenue growth" in IT Services and thinks Accenture can outperform revenue growth expectations in FY22 and FY23 by delivering double-digit percentage revenue growth in both years. 5. Simon Property (SPG) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Argus with analyst Angus Kelleher-Ferguson saying the company is exiting the pandemic with a stronger competitive position as a result of its acquisition of Taubman and its growing omni-channel strategy.
