Roku (ROKU) downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Wells Fargo with analyst Steven Cahall saying with ARPU expectations up 50% in 12 months, Cahall now sees less upside potential and feels shares are more fully valued. 2. Infinera (INFN) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at MKM Partners with analyst Michael Genovese noting that the announcement by Cisco's (CSCO) Acadia introducing a 1.2T coherent solution suggests that the industry cadence is tracking well ahead of Infinera, which had maintained that it expected the runway for 800G to be 7-10 years as recently as its 2021 Analyst Day. 3. Cloudflare (NET) downgraded to Perform from Outperform at Oppenheimer with analyst Timothy Horan continuing to be "very positive" on the long-term prospects for the company's nascent edge platform, but he believes that the stock is "now due for a well-deserved pause." 4. Hexcel (HXL) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Seaport Global with analyst Richard Safran saying while he sees "no major negatives ahead," Safran doubts the company's coming Q3 report does much to lift the stock and thinks his previous investment thesis "has played out." 5. Volvo (VLVLY) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Stifel with analyst Alexander Wahl saying he thinks tight supply of semiconductors will hold back earnings again in FY22.
