Fly Intel: Top five analyst upgrades

Catch up on today's top five analyst upgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Chevron (CVX) upgraded to Outperform from Sector Perform at RBC Capital with analyst Biraj Borkhataria believing Chevron is in a position to benefit from a "strong" commodity cycle over the coming years, given its business plans "suggest much more stability in its portfolio than peers." 2. Dollar Tree (DLTR) upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Telsey Advisory with analyst Joseph Feldman saying he sees "higher visibility" into Dollar Tree's multi-year growth prospects given the roll out of a higher base price per item of $1.25 versus $1.00 previously across over 75% of the core Dollar Tree assortment by the end of Q1. 3. Femsa (FMX) upgraded to Overweight from Equal Weight at Morgan Stanley with analyst Ricardo Alves saying he calls his change in rating "mostly a valuation call" as he thinks overall fundamentals have not changed significantly over the past few months but Femsa local shares are down about 7% this month. 4. Synlogic (SYBX) upgraded to Outperform from Perform at Oppenheimer with analyst Mark Breidenbach citing the interim data from its ongoing Phase 2 SynPheny-1 study of SYNB1618. 5. Aegon (AEG) upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse with analyst Iain Pearce saying Aegon is becoming a less volatile business and a better steward of capital under new management, and its plan should drive more stable remittances and a "material rerating: of the shares as its free cash flow begins to converge towards the 2023 target.
