Christopher Nolan's "Tenet" earned an estimated $4.7M domestically in its third weekend for a North America total of $36.1M. Internationally, the AT&T (T) subsidiary Warner Bros.' movie grossed another $25M for a foreign tally of $214M and a worldwide total of $250.1M. "Tenet" sports a B CinemaScore and an 74% Rotten Tomatoes.
BOX OFFICE RUNNERS-UP: 20th Century and Disney's (DIS) "The New Mutants" placed number 2, earning $1.6M in its fourth weekend. Behind it was "Infidel," which opened to an estimated $1.5M from 1,724 locations. "Unhinged" placed number 4 in its fifth weekend with an estimated $1.3M from 2,324.
