RenovoRx (RNXT) opened on August 26 at $8.25. The company had priced its underwritten initial public offering of 1.85M units at a public offering price per unit of $9.00. Roth Capital Partners acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Maxim Group acted as lead manager for the offering. RenovoRx is a biopharmaceutical company focused on targeted cancer therapy.
