Oppenheimer analyst Bryan Blair raised his price target for Carlisle to $177 from $170 as he remains bullish on its intermediate-term earnings upside partly offset by near-term CIT uncertainties. The analyst view CCM as very well positioned in 2020 with its through-the-cycle growth formula likely extending core segment growth into 2021 at least. Although confident in CIT's longer-term outlook, he expects deal accounting and MAX related headwinds to pressure reported results over the coming quarters. Blair has an Outperform rating on the shares and would buy into any near-term trading weakness.
