Wells Fargo analyst Steven Cahall keeps an Overweight rating on Disney after sell side meetings with management, which he thinks are intended to give comfort that outgoing CEO Bob Iger's transition reflects personal evolution more than corporate friction. In a research note to investors, Cahall says the biggest issues to resolve will be NFL rights and how to continue to transition EPSN from the role of cash cow to a less strategic, but nonetheless important, facet of EPS.

Dan Loeb's Third Point Offshore Fund listed Boeing (BA) as one of its monthly winners for May, along with Disney (DIS), Burlington Stores (BURL), Charter Communications (CHTR) and TE Connectivity (TEL). In its latest quarterly filing representing its holdings as of March 31, Third Point did not disclose a stake in Boeing. With Loeb's hedge fund seemingly taking a new stake in the plane maker, shares of Boeing are up 2% to $156.80 in premarket trading.
