Morgan Stanley analyst Brian Nowak said his new "base case" sum of the parts analysis implies Alphabet is worth $1,650 share over the next 12 month, without including any value for Cloud, Stadia, Waymo, Verily, or other investments. If the market becomes willing to give Alphabet credit for Cloud or Waymo, then his $1,850 per share "bull case" sum of the parts valuation "comes into play," Nowak tells investors. The analyst, who sees the company's new disclosures enabling investors to better value the growth and durability of Alphabet's assets, keeps an Overweight rating on the stock.
