Loop Capital analyst Laura Champine raised her price target on Home Depot to $200 after its Q2 earnings beat but noted that the bottom line for the quarter benefited from "items below the EBIT line". The analyst is also keeping her Hold rating, stating that the company's demand outlook has been lowered, with sales guidance cut by 100bps in FY19 from lumber deflation and a potential impact on consumer spending from the recent China tariff announcements. Champine adds that this marks the first time that Home Depot included the impact from tariffs into guidance.
