Nomura Instinet analyst Harry Curtis raised his price target for Hilton Hotels to $130 from $121 and says the company is "once again" his top pick. Despite a RevPAR outlook of 0%-1%, the company should generate 5%-7% fee revenue growth, contends the analyst, who keeps a Buy rating on the shares.
