SunTrust analyst Patrick Scholes raised his price target on Hilton to $107 but cut his FY20 EPS view by 30c to $4.19 after its Q4 earnings beat and below-consensus FY20 guidance. The analyst is also keeping his Hold rating on the stock to reflect the continued gradual deceleration in its RevPAR growth, its net unit growth being at a cyclical peak, and a valuation multiple that is at or near the high end of the company's historical range. Scholes adds that the management focused on the potential impact of the coronavirus on operations, noting that the company's exposure to China is "quite low".
