DA Davidson analyst Linda Bolton Weiser lowered her price target on JAKKS Pacific to $1.50, saying that while it reported above-consensus sales and guided better than expected EBITDA for FY19, investors were concerned with its negative free cash flow in FY18. The analyst believes that the stock could get a "capital infusion from its partner Meisheng" and its sales should get a boost from Frozen 2 release, but the company's high leverage and free cash flow uncertainty are keeping her rating at Neutral.
