As previously reported, Goldman Sachs analyst Brian Singer downgraded Laredo Petroleum to Sell from Neutral with a price target of $2.00, down from $2.50. He believes Laredo's recent bolt-on acquisitions do support oil-driven growth, but they do not necessarily drive differentiated free cash flow or margin expansion relative to Permian peers, Singer tells investors. He also believes longer-term concerns regarding inventory longevity will keep weighing on the stock, the analyst added.
