RBC Capital analyst Seth Weber upgraded Manitowoc to Outperform from Sector Perform and raised his price target to $12 from $7.50. Weber says the recent data featuring early signs of improvement in North America support his positive view of the company's crane market. While a pronounced upward inflection may take some time to recover from business activity at about 60% below peak, the analyst writes in his research note, rising demand and improving orders will lead to higher share prices.
