Oppenheimer analyst Shaul Eyal says NICE Systems (NICE) acquisition of inContact (SAAS) is expected to close in the second half of 2016 and should be accretive in 2017. The analyst views the acquisition favorably, as it represents a strategic expansion into the rapidly growing cloud-related contact center market, positions NICE as the market leader with little overlap with inContact, and evolves the company's business model longer term toward subscription base with higher margins and predictability levels. Eyal reiterates an Outperform rating and $75 price target on NICE's shares.
