Benchmark analyst Mark Levin initiated coverage of Norfolk Southern with a Hold rating. He thinks a lot of precision scheduled railroading margin improvement is already built into the share price after the stock rose 30% in 2019 and is up another 11% so far in 2020, leaving the risk/reward as no longer attractive, Levin tells investors.
