JPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff raised the firm's price target on Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WH) to $69 from $65 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. After hosting "upbeat" meetings with management, the analyst is confident in Wyndham's "sustained" net rooms growth, EBITDA to free cash flow conversion, and "consistent" allocation of its free cash flow to buybacks. At the current valuation, Wyndham trades at "striking" five-turn discount to peer Choice Hotels (CHH), which "makes little sense," Greff tells investors in a research note.
