BMO Capital keeps an Outperform rating and $11 price target on Global Net Lease while boosting the firm's FY24 FFO per unit to $1.04 from $1.03. The company announced the close of $170M dispositions at a 7.88% cap rate, in-line with expectations, to improve leverage, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The stock's valuation is also attractive given significant discount to peers, and the firm believes that shares would react positively to reduction in debt, BMO added.
