- Uber (UBER) and Lyft (LYFT) up 12% and 15%, respectively, after the Associated Press reported that the companies prevailed to keep drivers classified as independent contractors as California voters approved Proposition 22
- Alibaba (BABA) up 2% after Bloomberg reported Ant Group can't proceed with its planned IPOs until it complies with new capital requirements and reapplies for licenses to operate nationwide
- Digirad Corp (DRAD) up 28% after
entering into a stock purchase agreement to sell its DMS Health Technologies business unit for $18.75M
