N.Y. FX Outlook: The dollar was mixed overnight, edging lower against the euro, and moving up from seven-session lows against the yen. Asian and European equities were under pressure, as N. Korea concerns remained a drag, though Wall Street looks to bounce modestly, based on futures trading. Yields have moved slightly higher after crashing to 2017 lows on Tuesday. The U.S. calendar features the August non-manufacturing ISM, forecast rising to 55.0 from 53.9. The July trade deficit is expected to widen to -$44.6 B from -$43.6 B previously. Weekly MBA mortgage figures are also on deck. The BLS releases its 2017 payroll guidance. There is no Fedspeak scheduled, and no larger-cap earnings reports due. In Canada, the BoC holds a policy meeting, where analysts expect no change to the current 0.75% rate.
