However, with the shares at 7.5 times 2019 EBITDA estimates, investors are undervaluing El Pollo's same-store-sales drivers, growth discipline and new leadership potential, Barish tells investors in a research note titled "Nothing broken, just reset. Loco not to Buy at this valuation!" Following the event, the analyst set an $80 price target on Wingstop shares and he also raised his price target on El Pollo Loco (LOCO) to $17 from $14 and increased his price target on Habit Restaurants (HABT) to $17 from $15.
