Credit Suisse analyst Douglas Mitchelson downgraded ViacomCBS to Underperform from Neutral with a higher price target of $37, up from $28. The analyst states that while he has been vocal regarding improvements in the TV advertising marketplace and in the pace of pay TV subscriber declines, the 91% increase in ViacomCBS share price over the past 3 months puts the stock's valuation substantially above his price target. Mitchelson adds that ViacomCBS shares have more than captured the "appropriately risk-discounted" upside potential.

The stock is up 69% year-to-date and now trades at 39.6-times and 31-times his expected FY21 and FY22 revenue estimates, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The rally has come despite any change in underlying fundamentals, and appears to have been driven by broader market activity with the names with high short interest, Singh adds.

Societe Generale analyst Yoann Charenton downgraded Aker BP to Hold from Buy with a price target of NOK 225, up from NOK 220. The analyst notes that the oil price rebound since November has fuelled a sharp rerating in the stock, and its future upside potential is more "limited".
