Ohio Valley Banc Corp announced the Board of Directors has authorized the extension date of its existing stock buyback program to August 31, 2023. The program was originally approved by the board in 2021 and was set to expire August 31 of this year. With the extension, the share repurchase program will continue to authorize the repurchase of up to $5 million in shares of the company's outstanding common stock.

Wheaton Precious Metals (WPM) "is announcing that it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain subsidiaries of Glencore plc (GLNCY) to terminate its silver stream on the Yauliyacu Mine in Peru for a cash payment of $150M, less the aggregate value of any deliveries to Wheaton of silver produced in 2022 prior to closing. Wheaton has agreed to terminate the stream in order to help facilitate the sale by Glencore of the Yauliyacu Mine."
