Wells Fargo analyst Jennifer Fritzsche raised the firm's price target on SBA Communications (SBAC) to $375 from $350 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. The analyst notes SBA's Q2 was strong across the board, with a beat-and-raise coupled with tower leasing at-or-near record highs, providing visibility into an accelerating growth story into the second half of 2021 and 2022. While SBA didn't increase organic cash site leasing guidance, a record-high services backlog and notable ramps in activity from Verizon (VZ) and Dish (DISH) bodes well for SBA to improve organic growth rates by greater than 100 bps into 2022, Fritzsche adds. Furthermore, she sees continued upside to SBA's 2021 AFFO/share guidance, particularly with leverage now at 7.3-times, giving it some optionality to pursue share repurchases or new site acquisitions.
