Monness Crespi analyst Jim Chartier raised the firm's price target on Camping World (CWH) to $33 from $28 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after competitor Lazy Days (LAZY) reported 81% growth in RV unit sales in June. Google Trend data for Camping World shows searches at an all time high over the last ten weeks and he believes Camping World will take share as it benefits from its scale and relationships with manufacturers, said Chartier, who raised his Q2, 2020 and 2021 estimates for the company.

Craig-Hallum analyst…

Craig-Hallum analyst Steve Dyer raised the firm's price target on Lazydays (LAZY) to $15 from $12 and reiterates a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported better than expected Q2 results, with EBITDA up 50% year-over-year amid a surge in recreational vehicle sales as shelter-in-place orders eased and consumers seek to social distance in the outdoors, Dyer tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes Lazydays has "substantial runway" for growth through continued market share gains and accretive acquisitions. Further, the shares trade at a "significant discount" to peer Camping World (CWH) despite similar fundamentals, says Dyer.

Craig-Hallum analyst…

Craig-Hallum analyst Steve Dyer said Lazydays' acquisition of Total Value RV continues the company's geographic expansion with entry into Indiana, which will be its sixth state. Dyer also highlights that Indiana "is effectively the RV capital of the world" as the home of more than 80% of global RV production. Financial details weren't disclosed, but he expects the company paid three to four times EBITDA, which would make for "attractive financial arbitrage," added Dyer, who reiterates a Buy rating and $12 price target on Lazyday shares.

Craig-Hallum analyst…

Craig-Hallum analyst Steve Dyer raised the firm's price target on Lazydays to $12 from $7 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The analyst notes that as shelter-in-place restrictions ease, demand for RVs - as well as shares of Lazydays - have received a major lift as Americans gravitate toward the outdoors. The company has navigated the downturn well, temporarily reducing costs while also opportunistically acquiring a dealer in Arizona, he contends. Despite the run, Dyer believes shares remain attractive and have equity stub upside, with an enterprise value disconnected from underlying earnings power and peers.

Lazydays provided an…

Lazydays provided an update for Q2. Following a 30% to 40% year-over-year drop in RV demand in the first half of April, the company reported that "demand increased significantly in mid-April. Demand remained strong in May and continues to be strong in June". Customer RV orders in May 2020 increased approximately 90% versus prior year after adjusting for cancelled orders. May adjusted EBITDA increased approximately 80% versus May 2019. May unit sales increased approximately 55% versus prior year. May revenue was up approximately 36% from a year earlier. The company believes that the "unprecedented growth" in revenue and earnings is the result of four factors: 1) significant market share gains; 2) pent up demand related to shelter-in-place orders established in March and April; 3) Increased interest in the RV lifestyle as a way to vacation and travel while social distancing; and, 4) synergies related to the Company's integration of acquired dealerships. RV Average Selling Prices continued to trend lower in April and May as new RV customers show a preference towards used RVs and lower priced new RVs. RV Inventory is constrained, but the company believes it has or will receive adequate inventory to meet customer demand. All major OEMs resumed production in May. As a result of the 90% growth in customer RV orders placed in May, the company believes June 2020 year-over-year performance will be similar to May 2020.
