Stock futures are trading above fair value following yesterday's massive rally. The market's advance included milestones for some of the major averages including the Dow's first close above 26,000 and the S&P's first close above 2,800. In addition to more earnings reports, investors will be watching the housing starts and building permits, initial and continuing jobless claims, the Philadelphia Fed survey and the weekly oil and natural gas inventory reports. In early pre-market trading, Dow futures are 46 points above fair value, Nasdaq futures are 1 point above fair value and S&P futures are 4 points above fair value.
