It's biggest competition will be the release of Time Warner's (TWX) Warner Bros. "Tomb Raider," starring Alicia Vikander as the video game-based heroine. "Black Panther" is expected to edge out "Tomb Raider" with a domestic total of around $26.5M to an opening of $24M-$25M, respectively. Also out from Disney is "A Wrinkle In Time," a science fantasy film based on the novel written by Madeleine L'Engle, which is expected to earn around $17M in its second weekend at theaters. 21st Century Fox (FOX, FOXA) "Love, Simon," a coming of age love story with a gay protagonist, is also opening this weekend, and is expected to gross $12M-$15M.
