TechnipFMC (FTI) upgraded to Buy from Hold at Jefferies with analyst Mark Wilson saying same-year "book & turn" work and recent awards have lead him to raise his revenue forecasts through 2020. 5. Avalara (AVLR) upgraded to Buy from Neutral at Goldman Sachs with analyst Jesse Hulsing was saying the company has "significantly underperformed" his coverage over the past month following a post-IPO overshoot and created an opportunity for investors.
