Fly Intel: Top five analyst downgrades

Catch up on today's top five analyst downgrades with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Disney (DIS) downgraded to Underperform from In-Line at Imperial Capital with analyst David Miller saying he reduced estimates for Disney to reflect a more conservative outlook for theme park volumes than previously assumed as well as lower film ultimates. The shares have "risen too far too fast" after jumping 21% over the last four weeks, Miller tells investors in a research note. 2. Spotify (SPOT) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at Redburn. 3. Tyson Foods (TSN) downgraded to Hold from Buy at Argus with analyst John Staszak saying the company's FY20 results will be impacted by COVID-19 as the company incurred costs to reduce volumes, shut down plants, and protect employees' health. 4. HP Inc. (HPQ) downgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JPMorgan with analyst Paul Coster saying the company's Q2 results and guidance were "lackluster" as expected, but the shares have no near-term catalysts. 5. Boston Beer (SAM) downgraded to Neutral on valuation at Credit Suisse with analyst Kaumil Gajrawala saying he remains positive on the growth outlook for Boston Beer but believes it is reflected in today's $6.5B valuation.
